Hi there, I’m Phil Ohren (O-ren) and I’m the latest addition to the SEO team here at Switched On Media. I’m originally from Birmingham England but last year my lovely girlfriend and I decided to leave old England, rope up our backpacks and head to the wonderful country that is Australia. After travelling around a fair bit and doing the usual backpacker activities we quickly decided that we wanted to stay in this awesome country as long as possible! So I began looking for jobs in the career that I have loved for so long now, SEO.
Hey presto, here I am, the newest recruit to the Switched On Media team and I hold the position of organic SEO specialist. After working with the guys at Switched On Media for a few weeks now I already feel like I’m part of the family. Everyone has been exceptionally friendly and easy going (especially at Foosball!) and I have to admit, I really do enjoy coming to work!
Moving on to my skill set, I’ve had a passion for the net from a very young age. That passion motivated me during my teenage years to learn web design, which soon led me into SEO and Internet Marketing. I now have almost four years experience in internet marketing and my main focus is to integrate organic SEO, PPC marketing & Social Media campaigns, in turn, maximising client results from all channels of internet marketing.
So there you have it, that’s me in a nutshell! (Well not literally…)
