Social Landmarks around the world

Which landmarks are the most popular to check-in to? Times Square in NYC? And surely the Eiffel Tower in Paris?

Well yes, these two famous landmarks certainly did make it into Facebook’s most popular check-ins list … but I’m proud to share that Chadstone Shopping Centre and St Kilda Beach in Melbourne also make it onto Facebook’s list!

How to Achieve a Positive ROI from your Facebook Advertising

In 2011, Facebook’s ad revenue was $3.1 billion according to an article by Search Engine Watch, which cited the company’s S-1 filing before  it hit the stock markets with its $38 share price at the time of its initial public offering.

Less than a week later and there has already been much speculation as to where Facebook’s stock will go and why it has already dropped to $32 at the time of writing.

Facebook App Centre vs Apple iTunes


Today Facebook announced their very own App Centre which they describe as a “a new place for people to find social apps”. It is basically an alternative way to access mobile apps that use Facebook which positions the App Centre as a bit of a rival to Apple iTunes and Google Play.

Pinterest: new terms of use brands


You may have read last week and over the weekend that Pinterest has updated their terms of use and actually divided their policy into 3 sections to make it easier to digest and, ideally, more relevant: terms of use, acceptable use and privacy policy.

YouTube Analytics: how has it changed?
